Returns:
Please note that merchandise is accepted for refund if returned in an approved and excellent condition within 14 days from when the package has been received. It must be returned in all original packaging, and be free from all makeup, stains and fragrance. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way. This is a non-negotiable policy for our company.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted, but the item that has been purchased must be in its original condition.
To request an exchange, please email info@janedoeonline.com with your order number and reason for exchange. The exchange must be generated within 14 days of its delivery date and shipped within 14 days of initial request.
Additional information for completing the exchange will be provided once the item has been approved by Customer Care.
